Ingredients
2 oz Knob Creek Bourbon
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz honey syrup
4 fresh blackberries
3 fresh ginger slices
Club soda (top-off)
Wood chips (pecan)
Instructions
Muddle blackberries and ginger with honey syrup.
Add bourbon and lemon juice, then shake with ice.
Smoke a highball glass and strain the cocktail in.
Top with club soda and garnish with a peach slice.
Black Pearl Punch
Kraken
Ingredients:
2 oz Kraken Spiced Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
½ oz Grenadine
½ oz Coconut Cream
Orange slice & cherry for garnish
Ice
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.
Strawberry Hibiscus Mojito
Vodka
Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
3 fresh strawberries, sliced
6-8 fresh mint leaves
1 oz hibiscus syrup (recipe below)
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
Club soda, to top
Crushed ice
Garnish: Mint sprig, strawberry slice, lime wheel
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker, add strawberries, mint leaves, and lime juice. Gently muddle to release the flavors.
Mix: Add vodka and hibiscus syrup to the shaker. Fill with ice and shake well for 10-15 seconds.
Pour: Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
Top & Garnish: Top with club soda and gently stir. Garnish with a mint sprig, strawberry slice, and lime wedge.
Shamrock Shake Martini
Jameson & Bailey’s Irish Cream
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
1 oz crème de menthe
1 oz heavy cream
Ice
Whipped cream & mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add Jameson, Baileys, crème de menthe, and heavy cream.
Shake until well mixed and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with whipped cream and a mint leaf.
Spiced Cinnamon Toast Crunch
Captain Morgan & Rumchata - Dessert Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
1 oz RumChata
½ oz Fireball Whiskey
½ oz Cinnamon toast cream
Cinnamon sugar (for rimming)
Instructions:
Rim a rocks glass with cinnamon sugar.
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
