Since 2021, With Sip And Vibe SLC has led the industry in Bartending and Event Services. We provide expert bartenders and bar service for parties of any size. The staff is fully trained, certified and covered by both liquor and general liability insurance. We handle everything needed for full bar service including specialty drink design, alcohol ordering or support, and provide all equipment needed for your full bar to include supplies such as: a portable bar, ice, soda, mixers, garnish, cups, napkins, and of course talented and experienced staff.

Do bartenders have their own bar tools?

Sip + Vibe SLC bartenders carry and use their own bar tools. Supplies consist of shakers, bottle openers, pourers, bar mats, etc.


Do bartenders require proof of age?

Yes, as per Utah State Liquor Authority, anyone under the age of 21 must be checked for proof of age. NO EXCEPTIONS


Do you have time blocks or hourly minimums?

Our time blocks are flexible and we customize your event even down to the time. So if you need us for 2 hours or 6 hours, we will be there!


Can I Buy My Own Alcohol Beverages Or Can Sip And Vibe SLC Supply Alcohol?

YES!, or you can choose to work with one of our liquor distributor partners and they will supply the alcohol for your event. In some markets we serve, we can provide you with all the alcohol you need directly, we will let you know when we chat about your event. This includes pick up and delivery of all products (where available). We are happy to assist you with whichever option best suits your needs!

How do I reserve my event date with Sip + Vibe Bartender Services?

A Non-Refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of the contract signing to reserve the date and time of your special event. 

What type of payment do you accept?

Types of payment accepted are cash and credit cards. Credit card payments may be made in advance securely through invoice or PayPal. Full Payment or any Balance owed is expected to be received two weeks prior to the event. Staff will not perform any duties until your full payment is received.

How many bartenders do I need?

Per industry standards, we recommend 1 bartender for every 50 guests based upon the types of drinks you plan to serve. If you are only serving canned beer and wine, we will staff 1 bartender for 60 guests.


How much alcohol do I need to purchase?

The amount of alcohol you should order for your event depends on several factors, including the number of guests, the duration of the event, and the type of event you’re hosting.

As a general rule of thumb, you should plan on providing about 1.5 drinks per person per hour for the first hour of the event, and then 1 drink per person per hour for each hour after that.

What about gratuity? How do I tip the bartender?

You may express your gratuity by allowing our bartenders to place a tip jar in the bar area – OR – you may provide a cash gratuity directly to the bartender at the end of the event. Estimate $2.00 per guest for gratuity.


What do I need to provide?

You will need to provide and are responsible for anything that will be consumed by your guests such as alcohol, beer, wine, and ice. Please call for more information at (801)953-5872.


What does Sip + Vibe SLC provide?

Sip + Vibe SLC provides professional bartender(s) and all the basic bar tools and supplies required to serve drinks to you and your guests. We also provide $1M General Liability as well as liquor liability Insurance coverage in which most venues now require.


What type of beverage and bar service do you provide?

We can set up all types of specialty beverage events. We do not carry an alcohol liquor license to sell alcohol. The client must secure all permits required for the event. We do not own or sell alcoholic beverages.

What will the bartenders wear?

We provide a professional staff that will be dressed neat and proper for your event. Our bartenders wear standard service industry uniforms consisting of a black button-down or polo shirt with black slacks.  If you have any specific uniform requirements let us know and we will plan accordingly.


Will I be charged for the 30-60 min setup?

Our bartenders, entertainers, and staff will arrive 30 to 60 minutes early to set up. Sip + Vibe SLC does not charge for this setup. This is a FREE 30 min to 1 hour service!!

Who is responsible for making sure that guests do not have too much to drink?

Our bartenders are trained in alcohol awareness. However, the host of the event is ultimately responsible for all invited guests and their actions. Sip + Vibe SLC  reserves the right to refuse service to any guest(s) who seem to have had too much to drink, per our judgment.

Can You Help Me Come Up With A Signature Cocktail?

Sure! Creating signature cocktails is a great way to add a personal touch to your event and impress your guests. Here are a few tips to help you create delicious and unique signature cocktails:

  1. Start with a basic template: Most cocktails are made with a combination of a spirit, a sweetener, and a mixer. Choose a spirit as the base for your cocktail and then experiment with different mixers and sweeteners to find a combination that you like.

  2. Experiment with flavors: Experiment with different flavor combinations, like sweet and sour, fruity and spicy, or herbal and earthy.

  3. Use fresh ingredients: Whenever possible, use fresh ingredients, like fruits, herbs, and spices, to make your cocktails. This will give them a more natural flavor and make them stand out.

  4. Match the drink with the theme: Consider the theme of your event and create signature cocktails that match the theme, such as a tropical drink for a beach-themed party or a warm drink for a winter event.

  5. Get creative with the presentation: A creative presentation can make your signature cocktails even more special. Be creative and playful with the garnishes, glassware, and even the names of the drinks.


Here’s an example of a signature cocktail recipe:

The Berry Basil Martini:

  • 2 oz gin

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

  • 4 basil leaves

  • 4 raspberries



  1. In a shaker, muddle the raspberries and basil leaves.

  2. Add gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice to the shaker.

  3. Shake well with ice and strain into a martini glass.

  4. Garnish with a basil leaf and a raspberry on the rim.
