We never charge a service fee, a mandatory gratuity, or any hidden fees. We are a fully Insured and licensed company. We also design customized bar menus based on our client's needs, manage their bar with our beautiful professional staff, and aim to give our clients an exceptional experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do bartenders have their own bar tools?
Sip + Vibe SLC bartenders carry and use their own bar tools. Supplies consist of shakers, bottle openers, pourers, bar mats, etc.
Do bartenders require proof of age?
Yes, as per Utah State Liquor Authority, anyone under the age of 21 must be checked for proof of age. NO EXCEPTIONS
Do you have time blocks or hourly minimums?
Our time blocks are flexible and we customize your event even down to the time. So if you need us for 2 hours or 6 hours, we will be there!
Do you provide alcoholic beverages?
No, we do not provide alcoholic beverages, however, we do work with beverage delivery companies to help you place your order and we also provide complimentary beverage consultation to help you calculate exactly what you need to purchase based upon the number of expected guests. We can also provide you with our preferred vendors to help you purchase alcohol at a reduced rate.
How do I reserve my event date with Sip + Vibe Bartender Services?
A Non-Refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of the contract signing to reserve the date and time of your special event.
What type of payment do you accept?
Types of payment accepted are cash and credit cards. Credit card payments may be made in advance securely through invoice or PayPal. Full Payment or any Balance owed is expected to be received two weeks prior to the event. Staff will not perform any duties until your full payment is received.
How many bartenders do I need?
Per industry standards, we recommend 1 bartender for every 20 guests based upon the types of drinks you plan to serve. If you are only serving canned beer and wine, we will staff 1 bartender for 30 guests.
How much alcohol do I need to purchase?
We will provide you with a complimentary beverage consultation to help you estimate exactly how much alcohol to purchase based upon your guest count. You can also click on the link below to calculate how much alcohol to buy.
What about gratuity? How do I tip the bartender?
You may express your gratuity by allowing our bartenders to place a tip jar in the bar area – OR – you may provide a cash gratuity directly to the bartender at the end of the event. Estimate $2.00 per guest for gratuity.
What do I need to provide?
You will need to provide and are responsible for anything that will be consumed by your guests such as alcohol, beer, wine, mixers, and ice. Please call for more information at (801)953-5872.
What does Sip + Vibe SLC provide?
Sip + Vibe SLC provides professional bartender(s) and all the basic bar tools and supplies required to serve drinks to you and your guests. We also provide $1M General Liability as well as liquor liability Insurance coverage in which most venues now require.
What type of beverage and bar service do you provide?
We can set up all types of specialty beverage events. We do not carry an alcohol liquor license to sell alcohol. The client must secure all permits required for the event. We do not own or sell alcoholic beverages.
What will the bartenders wear?
We provide a professional staff that will be dressed neat and proper for your event. Our bartenders wear standard service industry uniforms consisting of a black button-down or polo shirt with black slacks. If you have any specific uniform requirements let us know and we will plan accordingly.
Will I be charged for the 30-60 min setup?
Our bartenders, entertainers, and staff will arrive 30-60 minutes early to set up. Sip + Vibe SLC does not charge for this setup. This is a FREE 30 min-1 hour service!!
Who is responsible for making sure that guests do not have too much to drink?
Our bartenders are trained in alcohol awareness. However, the host of the event is ultimately responsible for all invited guests and their actions. Sip + Vibe SLC reserves the right to refuse service to any guest(s) who seem to have had too much to drink, per our judgment.
