A: We can set up on grass, turf, or pavement. We require a flat area, free of sharp objects, and access to an electrical outlet (generally within 75 ft).

Q: Do you require electricity? What if my location doesn’t have power?
A: Yes, our inflatables use electric blowers and require power (standard 110V). If no outlet is available, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.

A: Safety first. If conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, lightning, high winds), we’ll delay or reschedule. Typically we allow rescheduling with at least 24-hour notice.
