Q: What is a selfie station vs a selfie mirror vs a 360 photo booth?
A: A selfie station is typically an open-air kiosk or tablet-based setup where guests can take still images, boomerangs, or short videos.


A selfie mirror (or magic mirror) is an interactive full-length mirror that responds to touch, gives prompts, and displays animations.


A 360 photo booth is a rotating arm rig that spins a camera around a subject standing on a platform, capturing dynamic video (often slow-motion) from all angles.

Q: How much space does a 360 booth require?
A: Typically you’ll need a clear area of about 8×10 ft or more, depending on the rig. Also, ceiling clearance and a safe floor surface are important. (Your venue should accommodate.)

Q: Are setup, delivery, and teardown included?
A: Yes — all our packages include delivery, setup, and teardown within a defined service radius around Salt Lake City. Additional travel charges may apply for distant venues.

Q: How many hours should I book?

A: For a typical event, 3–4 hours covers peak guest engagement. For weddings or longer receptions, 4–6 hours is recommended. 360 booths tend to be most active in shorter bursts (e.g. 2–4 hrs).

Q: Does the guest get prints?
A: Yes — prints, digital downloads, or both can be included depending on the package. Unlimited prints or per-print costs depend on your chosen level.

Q: Can I get custom overlays, branding, or templates?
A: Absolutely. We provide custom designs, logos, hashtag overlays, animated intros, and branded gallery pages. Ask about branding tiers when booking.

Q: What happens if the booth runs overtime?
A: We charge overtime at 1.5× the standard hourly rate, based on your booked package terms. It’s best to estimate a little extra.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 2–3 months ahead for peak dates, especially weekends and wedding season. 360 rigs are in high demand.

Q: How many people can use the 360 booth at once?
A: That depends on the rig. Smaller platforms fit 2–6 people comfortably; mid-size rigs fit 4–6; large rigs up to 8–10. We’ll advise based on your guest volume.

Q: What about props, backdrops, and add-ons?

A: We include a baseline set of fun props and a standard backdrop or backdrop frame. Premium fabrics, themed props, green-screen, custom signage, guest books, and albums are available as add-ons.

Q: Is there a deposit or insurance required?

A: We typically require a non-refundable deposit (e.g. 30–50%) to reserve a date. We carry liability insurance; venue requirements (certificates) can be provided if requested.

Q: How do guests receive their photos/videos?

A: Guests can immediately download via QR codes, SMS, email, or QR link. We also provide a full digital gallery after the event.

Q: What if it rains or the event is outdoors?

A: We can operate outdoor booths under canopy or tent, assuming a dry, stable surface and protected wiring. We evaluate site conditions prior to the event.
