Apple Pie Old Fashioned

Flavor Profile: A cozy twist on the classic — rich bourbon flavors with warm cinnamon, apple, and brown sugar notes.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Bourbon

  • ½ oz Apple cider syrup (see recipe below)

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • 1 dash orange bitters

  • Cinnamon stick + dehydrated apple slice for garnish

 

Apple Cider Syrup:

  • 1 cup apple cider

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 1 cinnamon stick
    Simmer for 10 minutes, cool, and store refrigerated for up to a week.

Directions:

  1. In a mixing glass, combine bourbon, apple cider syrup, and bitters.

  2. Add ice and stir for about 20 seconds until chilled.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slice.

  5. Optional: express an orange peel over the top for extra fall aroma.

Tropical Guava Gin Cocktail

Flavor Profile: Light, floral, and exotic — guava and passion fruit meet botanical gin with a touch of rose and pineapple.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz Gin

  • 1 oz Guava juice

  • ½ oz Passion fruit purée

  • ½ oz Pineapple juice

  • ¼ oz Rose simple syrup

  • ½ oz Fresh lime juice

  • Shredded coconut garnish

 

Rose Simple Syrup:

  • ½ cup water, ½ cup sugar, 1 tsp rose water. Heat until sugar dissolves, then cool.

 

Directions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Add gin, guava juice, passion fruit purée, pineapple juice, rose syrup, and lime juice.

  3. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

  4. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

  5. Garnish with an edible flower or pineapple wedge for a tropical finish.

 Kentucky Espresso Martini

Flavor Profile: Bourbon-forward with smooth coffee richness — a Southern spin on the modern espresso martini.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Bourbon

  • 1 oz Fresh brewed espresso (or strong cold brew)

  • ½ oz Coffee liqueur (or coffee syrup for a mocktail version)

  • ½ oz Simple syrup or vanilla syrup

  • Coffee beans or cold foam for garnish

 

Directions:

  1. Brew espresso and allow to cool slightly.

  2. Fill shaker with ice.

  3. Add bourbon, espresso, coffee liqueur, and syrup.

  4. Shake hard for 15–20 seconds until well-chilled and frothy.

  5. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  6. Garnish with three coffee beans or cold foam
