Born and raised in St Louis, Missouri, Chef Chris learned to cook at the young age of 12 years old preparing dinners for him and his mother. His passion for cooking was ignited when his grandmother started asking for his help with holiday meals and helping his grandfather BBQ, smoke meats & veggies from his grandmother's garden.
After graduating high school Chef Chris left St. Louis for Iowa where he attended and graduated from Briar Cliff University in 2014. While in school he worked in the restaurant business and by the time he was 24 he had achieved the position of general manager at Chipotle which reignited his love for being in the kitchen, he then decided to pursue his passion and earned a culinary degree in May 2020 all the while working as a Sous Chef for other multi-million-dollar corporations. Soon thereafter he had an opportunity to move to Salt Lake City and has had the privilege of providing services for the Utah Jazz organization and other high-profile clients.
